Sparkle Pools LLC understands sometimes your purchases don't work out - so we're happy to accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of purchase. Your return of unused products will incur a restocking fee of 20%.
Please keep in mind, an original sales receipt is required for all returns. We do have the ability to reprint some receipts, but not all. Please bring a valid photo ID with you to the store when returning your item. In order to help combat fraudulent activity, we store information from your ID in a database of customer return activity. This database is used to authenticate and authorize all returns.
Please keep the following factors in mind when returning goods:
All items should be in the original unopened packaging. Products that have been used in any way cannot be returned.
Returns with the original receipt will receive a refund based on the initial form of payment. No cash refunds will be made for any amount exceeding $20.00. Cash refunds exceeding $20.00 will be refunded in the form of a check. Special order items are non-refundable, including shipping charges. Chemicals are not eligible for returns due to safety concerns. Custom items, such as pool or spa covers, cannot be returned. Sensitive electronic items, such as heater parts or circuit boards, cannot be returned. Automatic Cleaners cannot be returned once the factory seal has been broken. All face masks cannot be returned.
Please note: Sparkle Pools LLC reserves the right to refuse any return, for any reason.
Returning Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you may return these products to our store and be refunded the original purchase price plus any applicable taxes and shipping costs.
If an item is returned to our store, is eligible for return, and is refunded via a credit card, this refund may take up to 10 business days to show on your credit card statement. This wait time varies from bank to bank, and cannot be expedited by Sparkle Pools in any way.
Purchases made at Sparkle Pools LLC come with the original manufacturers warranty. We do not sell any used or second hand products.
Warranty paperwork is included in the packaging of most products, or is often available on the manufacturers website. Please contact the manufacturer directly with questions you have that are not answered in the item's paperwork.
For certain items, warranty concerns can be address directly with Sparkle Pools during the first year of ownership. If products are thought to be defective during the first year of ownership, please contact Sparkle Pools LLC customer service at 812-232-1292.
