At Sparkle Pools, we prioritize your privacy and safety. We are committed to safeguarding your personal information and ensuring that it is used only for the purposes of providing the services you request. Your data is never shared with third parties without your consent, and we implement secure protocols to protect your information from unauthorized access. Our team follows industry standard practices to ensure the safety of your property, whether we're working on installation, repairs, or routine maintenance. You can trust Sparkle Pools to handle your information and property with the utmost care and respect - while maintaining a safe and secure environment for your pool needs. 

Return Policy

At Sparkle Pools, we understand that some purchases don't work out. We're happy to accept returns or exchanges within ten (10) days of your purchase date. Your return of unused, unopened product will incur a 20% restocking charge.

Please keep in mind, an original sales receipt is required for all returns. Please bring a valid photo ID along with your receipt to Sparkle Pools North, located at 2225 N 25th Street, Terre Haute, IN 47804 to initiate a return. Returns at our other location(s) are not accepted at this time. In an effort to company fraudulent activity, the information from your ID will be verified and stored in a database used to authenticate and authorize all returns.

Please keep the following information in mind when returning goods: 

​

  • All items must be in original, unopened packaging. Products that have been used in any way will not be accepted for return. Please note, our locations use tamper proof identification on certain items to ensure the item was purchased from our locations. Items cannot be returned if this sticker is damaged or missing. 

  • Returns with the original receipt will receive a refund based on the original form of payment, excluding cash. Cash transactions will be refunded in the form of a check. 

  • Special order items are non-refundable. 

  • Due to safety concerns, chemicals are non-refundable. 

  • Custom items, such as pool or spa covers, are non-refundable. 

  • Items containing sensitive electronics, such as motors, heaters, automatic cleaners, or circuit boards, are non-refundable.

Sparkle Pools staff reserves the right to refuse a return at any time, for any reason. 

​

Damaged or defective items will be exchanged for a comparable product. As the customer, you are responsible for any difference in price during this exchange process.
